ABBOTSFORD, BC – Ravens Brewing has announced the release of a new summer seasonal brewed using a unique local ingredient.
Ravens Spruce Tip India Red Ale is a 6.25% abv and 75 IBU ale with the following description:
An homage to the rugged wild beauty of the West Coast, this aggressively hopped India Red Ale combines smooth malt character with an assertive bitterness. A combination of Simcoe hops and freshly picked, locally sourced Sitka Spruce tips provides a blend of pine, citrus, mint and green flavours. As part of our “Farm to Glass Series” this beer utilizes ingredients grown and harvested right here in the Fraser Valley.
Ravens Spruce Tip IRA is available now in 650 ml bottles at select liquor stores, and in bottles and growlers at the Ravens brewery store and tasting room.
