Peach-Apricot Berliner Weisse is a 3.8% abv beer described as follows:
This traditionally tart German style wheat beer tops the invigoration scale with loads of added peaches and apricots. We have used the kettle souring technique and added Galaxy hops to complement these fruit notes.
Peach-Apricot Berliner Weisse was officially launched yesterday, and is available in a limited run of 650 ml bottles at the Wild Rose retail store and select liquor retailers in Alberta, and on tap at local bars and restaurants.
