YELLOWHEAD COUNTY, AB – Alberta beer news blog The Daily Beer reports that Bench Creek Brewing is set to launch a new series of one-off beers that will be released throughout the summer.
Dubbed the Nevermore series – “because once they’re gone, they will be gone for good” – the program will feature eight limited edition beers that will be released each Friday from July 8th to August 26th.
The name and style of each beer will be announced via the Bench Creek website and social media feeds on the day of release, as will the locations where the beer will be available. Each will be limited to three 30 litre kegs, with one to go on tap somewhere in Calgary, one in Edmonton, and one in the Edson area where the brewery is located.
The article also notes that in keeping with the literary nature of the series name, each beer will have a name that references a great American written work.
