KITCHENER, ON – Brick Brewing has announced the addition of a new product to its Seagram line of ciders and coolers.
Seagram Farmhouse Cider is a 5.3% all-natural cider that Bill Henry, Director of Brewing, Quality and Logistics at Brick, describes as follows:
We’ve gone a bit old-school here and you can really taste the effort that’s gone into it. Made with fresh juice crafted from a select blend of Ontario only hand pressed apples, and then, of course, a fermenting and aging process that’s state-of-the-art, yet respects the true farmhouse tradition. Unlike most ciders, Seagram Farmhouse Cider is unfiltered and made without adding sugar, usually added to mask harshness and imperfections. Call me old fashioned, but it’s crisp and classic, refreshing apple finish, is what a premium cider really ought to be.
Seagram Farmhouse Cider will be available soon in 473 ml cans at select grocery stores in Ontario. It will also be available at Tim Horton’s Field, home field of the Hamilton Tiger-Cats, where Seagram is an official beverage sponsor.
