COLLINGWOOD, ON – Northwinds Brewhouse has announced the release of the latest in an ongoing series of collaborative beers being brewed at Northwinds with guests from other breweries.
Northwinds X MacLean’s Dry-Hopped Pilsner is the second collaboration between Charles MacLean of MacLean’s Ales and Bryan Egan of Northwinds, and is a German-style pilsner that checks in at 5.6% abv and 34 IBU.
The new beer is available now in 650 ml bottles at the Northwinds retail store, and on draught in the brewpub. The release will be celebrated this weekend with several MacLean’s beers on guest taps, and food and beer pairing specials on the menu.
