TORONTO, ON – Great Lakes Brewery has announced that its popular seasonal brand Karma Citra IPA will be returning this weekend, coincidentally just after it was named Best Seasonal or Specialty Beer at the 2016 Golden Tap Awards.
The new batch of Karma Citra – a 6.6% abv and 65 IBU ale brewed using Citra hops – will go on sale in the GLB retail store starting at 1:00 PM tomorrow (Saturday September 24th) during the brewery’s 2nd annual Pig Roast as part of Toronto Beer Week.
The 2016 edition will stay in production longer than in past years, and will be available at the brewery store and LCBO stores until late November, retailing for $3.25 per 473 ml can. It will also be on tap in the GLB store and select licensees while supplies last.
