OAKVILLE, ON – Cameron’s Brewing has announced details of two limited edition beers that are available exclusively at the brewery.
Noire Lager is a 5% abv dark lager with the following tasting notes:
Noire Lager has a deep walnut colour and a soft off-white head. It has aromas of brown bread crust and fresh biscotti. The flavours of soft roasted malt and light cocoa are balanced with a soft, easy drinking and crisp finish.
Deviator Doppelbock has been available at several points over the past few years, and is now back in a version brewed in 2012 and aged in bourbon barrels. The 8.4% abv beer is described as follows:
A deep ruby body with a mocha lingering head. Heavy aromas of oak, vanilla and rich chocolate sit on a soft yet firm body of bourbon, chocolate coffee and toasted malt. It drinks with a complexity of age and character and finishes with a tangy twist.
Both beers are available now in limited runs of bottles at the Cameron’s retail store while supplies last.
