VICTORIA, BC – Vancouver Island Brewery has announced the launch of a new beer that is “inspired by the route that Islanders take to get to their favourite outdoor destinations.”
Vancouver Island 19 IPA is named after BC Highway 19, a main north-south route on the Island, and is described as a “tropical West Coast IPA featuring Centennial, Ahtanum and Mosaic hops.”
Launch events for 19 IPA have been taking place this week at several bars on Vancouver Island, and the beer is available in 650 ml bottles and growlers at the brewery store, with bottles to be available soon at select liquor stores in British Columbia.
