FREDERICTON, NB – Picaroons Traditional Ales has announced the upcoming opening of a new taproom and café in its production brewery location at 912 Union Street in Fredericton.
The Roundhouse is being launched in collaboration with Real Food Connections, and is described as follows:
The Roundhouse will offer the best of both worlds from a local food café to a Picaroons taproom and retail shop. The Real Foods Café will offer an ever evolving menu of lighter fare and grab-n-go items, including hearty soups, fresh salads, gourmet sandwiches, Whitney Coffee & espresso, some ready-made meals, snacks, specialty items made with Picaroons, and some other Maritime produced products. The Café will also serve as our tasting room and will be pouring full size pints from a wide selection of Picaroons beers plus as much New Brunswick craft beer, cider, and mead as we can get our hands on.
Once it opens later this month, The Roundhouse will be open 7 days a week, and will also feature a retail shop selling Picaroons beer in bottles, cans and growlers.
