HAMILTON, ON – Collective Arts Brewing has announced the upcoming addition of a new farmhouse-style pear cider to its brand line-up.
Collective Arts Pear Saison is described as follows:
A perry fermented with french saison yeast. The nose is complex with fresh pear, fruit and spice. This is complemented by a dry finish on the palate balanced out by a slight tannic bitterness.
Pear Saison will be launching on draught at the Collective Arts tasting room in Hamilton on December 3rd, and will be available in cans at select LCBOs, grocery stores and licensees starting the following week.
