TORONTO, ON – Steam Whistle Brewing has announced details for the upcoming 4th annual edition of its Roundhouse Winter Craft Beer Festival, and for the first time this year, the beer selection will be expanding beyond Ontario.
Alongside the products of more than 40 Ontario craft breweries and cidermakers, RWCBF 2017 will include a special selection of beer from member breweries of the Alberta Small Brewers, with many of them making their Ontario debut at this event.
“For the first time ever, we are proud to welcome Alberta Small Brewers to the festival,” says Greg Taylor, co-founder of Steam Whistle Brewing, in a statement. “By opening our doors and inviting other provinces, we’re helping bridge the gap and taking a step towards building a thriving Canadian craft brewing industry.”
In addition to the wide selection of beers and ciders from Ontario and Alberta, the RWCBF will also feature a dozen food trucks, winter-themed games and activities, and much more.
The 2017 edition of the Roundhouse Winter Craft Beer Festival will take place on Saturday February 11th at Roundhouse Park, adjacent to Steam Whistle Brewing in downtown Toronto. Advance tickets will be available online for $25 starting on December 1st at 12:00 noon. For more details, see the RWCBF website.
