ABBOTSFORD, BC – Field House Brewing has announced the release of a new limited edition beer to mark the brewery’s 1st anniversary.
One Year Wild Saison is a 6% abv farmhouse ale that was brewed soon after the brewery opened and spent six months aging in a tank before being bottled and kegged for a further six months of aging. The result is described as having “an unrestrained fit of brazen funk, vibrant fruit, and madcap floral spiced flavours.”
One Year Wild Saison will be on tap at Field House tomorrow (Saturday January 28th) during a Winter Fest birthday event that will be starting at 2:00 PM. Bottles will follow soon in a separate release.
