VANKLEEK HILL, ON – Beau’s All Natural Brewing is kicking off this year’s edition of FeBREWary – a month of beer launches and related events – with the release tomorrow (February 1st) of a brand new beer.
Triceratops Tripel was created especially for International Gruit Day, a celebration of the “centuries-old beer style that incorporates herbs and other botanicals in lieu of hops” that takes place on February 1st each year. It’s described as follows:
Triceratops Tripel features an assortment of organic botanicals including bog myrtle, dried heather flowers and lavender. Like all Beau’s beers, this hazy pale yellow ale is certified organic. The tripel is a relatively new style of beer, originating in the Trappist breweries of Belgium. Triceratops Tripel is spicy, herbal and fruity. At 9.0% alc./vol., its finish lends a lasting warmth.
Triceratops Tripel will be available in 600 ml bottles at the Beau’s retail store and approximately 75 retail locations in Quebec, and on draught at over 250 bars and pubs across Ontario and Quebec.
For more details on this and other beer releases planned for the month, see the FeBREWary page on the Beau’s website.
