ABBOTSFORD, BC – Field House Brewing has announced the upcoming launch of a series of limited edition collaborative ales brewed using a coolship for fermentation.
The first in the series will be Field House X Steamworks Wild Muscari Farmhouse Ale, a 6% abv and 20 IBU ale with the following description:
A light, fruity, farmhouse ale, fermented with wild yeast harvested off the Muscari Flower atop Mt. Seymour, and hopped in our Copper Coolship with Cashmere, Mosaic & Motueka Hops.
Wild Muscari Farmhouse Ale will be released on February 9th, and will be available in 750 ml bottles at on tap at Field House for a limited time.
Future releases in the Coolship Collaboration series will follow on a monthly basis, with collaborators including Brassneck (March), Steel & Oak (April), and Four Winds (May).
