WHITEHORSE, YK – Yukon Brewing is celebrating its 20th anniversary in 2017, and the brewery is honouring the milestone with a monthly series of limited edition releases including “six forgotten favourites and six brand new brews.”
For February, the brewery has brought back Gold Panner Golden Ale, which is described as follows:
Originally brewed from 1998-1999, Gold Panner was Yukon Brewing’s first dry-hopped brew. Light bodied with an added hop flavour lends a brisk profile without being over the top. At 18 IBU and 5.0% alcohol the Gold Panner is light, easy drinking and refreshing while having a subtle hop character and classic Yukon beer flavour.
Gold Panner Golden Ale will be available in 650 ml bottles at select locations in the Yukon, British Columbia, Manitoba and Alberta while supplies last.
