ABBOTSFORD, BC – Field House Brewing has announced the upcoming release of the third installment in its Seasonal Saison Series.
Edition #03: Winter is a 7% abv and 26 IBU “dark mulled saison” brewed with orange peel and spices. It’s described as follows:
Inspired by familiar laughter and long table banter, we conditioned this dark Saison on oak infused with Backyard Vineyards Cab Franc and seasonal spices like clove, cardamom and cinnamon resulting in a Winter Saison that was inspired by the cozy Danish tradition of Hygge.
Edition #03: Winter will be released soon in a limited run of 650 ml bottles at the Field House taproom and store in Abbotsford.
