COBOURG, ON – William Street Beer Co. has announced a limited commercial release for the beer created by brewer Corey Fairs for this year’s edition of the Great Ontario Hopped Craft Beer Competition.
Great White Buffalo Belgian IPA is a 5.6% abv ale brewed using hops from Valley Hops in Northumberland County. Brewery owner Sean Walpole tells CBN that “it’s only 23 IBUs, but has big hop flavours from Magnum, Cascade and Chinook, along with Valley Hops proprietary wild hop – Arthur.”
Great White Buffalo is available now in a limited run of 650 ml bottles at the Williams Street retail store in Cobourg.
