NEWMARKET, ON – Ontario Beverage Network reports that a brewery and taproom opening soon in Newmarket, Ontario has released its first beer in advance of its official launch.
Market Brewing has announced the release of Bear Hug IPA, a 7% abv and 55 IBU beer with the following brief description:
Big aroma of citrus, stone & tropical fruits. Deep gold/light amber colour. Restrained use of caramel malts. Hazy from dry hopping during fermentation.
Bear Hug IPA made its debut at the Ottawa Winter Brewfest last month, and is currently on tap at The Craft Brasserie & Grille in Toronto. The Market Brewery & Taphouse is expected to open later this month at 17775 Leslie St. in Newmarket.
