Coolship Collaboration Series Continues with Field House X Brassneck Wild Brett Wasp Sour

ABBOTSFORD, BCField House Brewing has announced the details of the second in its series of four limited edition collaborative ales brewed using a coolship for fermentation.

Field House X Brassneck Wild Brett Wasp Sour is a 6.5% abv and 18 IBU ale described as follows:

A sour and floral wild ale, fermented with yeast harvested from a wasps gut, and finished with Brett. This beer was left overnight in our Copper Coolship with elderflower and hops, allowing the beer to collect microflora and fauna from the cool pacific night air, while naturally bringing it down to fermentation temperatures.

Wild Brett Wasp Sour will be released on March 15th, and will be available in 750 ml bottles at on tap at Field House for a limited time.

The Coolship Collaboration series launched last month with Field House X Steamworks Wild Muscari Farmhouse Ale. Upcoming collaborators include Steel & Oak (April) and Four Winds (May).
