AJAX, ON – Ontario Beverage Network reports that Falcon Brewing has opened its retail store and taproom to the pubic in Ajax, Ontario.
Falcon was originally launched in 2013 by as a contract brewing operation called Stouffville Brewing, with plans announced in 2015 to open a physical location in the namesake town of Stouffville. Those plans subsequently fell through, and in early 2016 the company name was changed to Falcon Brewing, consistent with flagship brands Red Falcon Ale and Laggar Falcon Lager.
Now open at 30 Barr Road in Ajax, the brewery is offering glasses, flights, bottles and growlers of its two main brands as well as Bomb Girls Blond Ale, Munition IPA, Falcon Light Lager, Kent’s Best Bitter, Fresh Roast Coffee Porter, Rauch Smoked Marzen, Big Ring Rye Pale Ale, and Destroyer Double IPA.
