VANCOUVER, BC – Beer Me BC reports that one of British Columbia’s oldest craft brewing companies is giving its beers and branding an overhaul to heighten their presence in the increasingly crowded beer marketplace.
Bowen Island Brewing has engaged Hired Guns Creative to give their branding and packaging a facelift, and brewmaster Joe Goetz has crafted a new beer and tweaked the recipes for several others.
Brand new to the line-up is Main Sail ISA, a 4.3% abv session ale brewed with Nugget, Chinook, Centennial and Cascade hops. Reef Break Hemp Blonde Ale and Artisan IPA remain unchanged save for their new packaging, while Deep 6 Lager has been reformulated to become Westcoast Lager, and Coastline Pale Ale replaces Twisted Trail Extra Pale Ale.
The refreshed Bowen Island line-up is rolling out now to liquor stores throughout British Columbia, where all five beers will be available in six-packs of cans, alongside a 12-pack sampler featuring four of the five.
