BUFFALO, NY & TORONTO, ON – The Buffalo Niagara Brewers Association and the Ontario Craft Brewers have announced 34 of their member breweries – 17 from each side of the border – will be partnering to create collaborative beers for the 1st annual Canadian-American Beer Festival.
Representatives of the 34 breweries along with New York State and Ontario dignitaries will be gathering tomorrow (April 26th) at The Conference & Event Center in Niagara Falls, NY to hold a draft for the collaborations, where brewery logos will be pulled from oak barrels and matched in the style of a sports league draft.
The collaborative beers will be developed and brewed in coming months, and the results will be revealed for the first time at the Can-Am Beer Festival, taking place next April at the Conference & Event Center.
