CAMBRIDGE, ON – Rhythm & Brews Brewing has announced that it is getting set to make the move from contract brewing to a bricks-and-mortar operation, with a brewery to open later this year in Cambridge, Ontario.
Founded by homebrewer, BJCP judge, Cicerone, Prud’homme Sommelier, and music fan Andrew Byer, Rhythm & Brews launched early last year, and is currently brewing its brands at Junction Craft Brewing in Toronto, with two of them – Signed in Tripel Belgian Tripel and Set The World On Fire Smoked English Ale – being winners of gold and bronze awards respectively at the 2017 Ontario Brewing Awards.
The Cambridge facility is a 4200-square-foot space that is planned to feature a 10 barrel brewhouse, tasting room and retail store, and a live music venue promoting artists of all genres.
Watch for more details to be announced soon on the Rhythm & Brews Facebook page.
