ABBOTSFORD, BC – Field House Brewing has announced the details of the fourth and final release in its series of limited edition collaborative ales brewed using a coolship for fermentation.
Field House X Four Winds Wild Marmalade Farmhouse Ale is a 5.5% abv and 5.5 IBU beer described as follows:
A Belgian Farmhouse that was put in the Copper Coolship where we added Belgian candy sugar and 100 lbs, in five varieties, of lemons and oranges. It was then left overnight to allow the air to cool the beer naturally, while collecting wild Fraser Valley microflora. Lastly, it was fermented with a mix of Saison and Brett-like Trois yeast.
Wild Marmalade Farmhouse Ale is available now in 750 ml bottles and on tap at Field House for a limited time.
