HALIFAX, NS – The Atlantic Canada Beer Blog reports a one-off collaborative beer that was previewed at a beer festival last month is now getting an official release.
Created by 2 Crows Brewing and the guys from 902 Brewcast – a podcast that covers the Atlantic Canada brewing scene – In Theory is a 5.1% abv and 18 IBU sour ale dry-hopped with Galaxy and Azacca, and described as being “bright, tart, tropical, juicy and eminently crushable.”
Following its mid-May debut at the Full House Craft Beer Fest, In Theory will be going on sale tomorrow (June 6th) at 2 Crows, where it will be available in cans and on tap while supplies last.
