ABBOTSFORD, BC – Field House Brewing has announced details of the third in a series of four beers developed in collaboration with video production company Inmist Media House.
The Light Dark Series continues with Light Brett, a 5% abv and 20 IBU beer that was “fermented with brettanomyces, then dry-hopped with Neslon Sauvin and Hallertau Blanc hops for flavours of juicy white wine and luscious stone fruits.”
Field House Light Brett is now available in 500 ml bottles and on tap at Field House. The previous beers in the series – Light Sour and Dark Sour – are still available, and the final release – Dark Brett – is planned to be out on July 6th.
