EDMONTON, AB – The first of two breweries set to open under the Blind Enthusiasm Brewing banner has announced that it will be soft launching today (July 6th) in Edmonton.
Biera by Blind Enthusiasm is a brewery and restaurant that is focused on “pairing great food with fine beer.” Located in the new Ritchie Market complex at the corner of 76 Avenue and 96 Street, Biera will be open from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM today through Saturday July 8th, serving snacks from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, followed by a full dinner menu until closing.
Three beers “specially designed for the summer” will be available at opening, with more to be added later. Once production is in full swing, there will be around a dozen Blind Enthusiasm beers on tap at all times, along with several guest taps.
Full business hours for Biera will be announced soon. The second Blind Enthusiasm project – a brewery at 99 Street and 78 Avenue dedicated to sours and wild ales – won’t be officially launching for several years due to the time needed for production and barrel-aging.
