ST. THOMAS, ON – Railway City Brewing has announced details of the latest release in its Side Show Series of circus-themed limited edition beers.
The Balancing Act is a 3% abv session ale with lemon and ginger, and is described as follows:
The Balancing Act pours a beautiful golden straw colour with a slight off-white head. Aromas of ginger and citrus fill the nose. This light-bodied brew provides flavours of lemon drops and ginger snaps that balance on the palate and reveal a refreshingly tart finish.
The Balancing Act will be released at the brewery on Thursday July 20th at 7:00 PM. It will be available in a limited run of 650 ml bottles at the Railway City brewery store, and on draught at select local bars and restaurants while supplies last.
