BLYTH, ON – After more than a year of construction, Cowbell Brewing is now ready to open its 26,000 square foot destination brewery near the small community of Blyth in Ontario’s Huron County.
Located at the corner of Highways 4 and 25, the facility will offer the following to visitors:
With authentic 19th century barn architecture and soaring ceilings, the Cowbell experience will include self-guided brewery tours on the catwalk, local farm to table fare in the restaurant and on the verandah, wood fired pizza, and of course, delicious beer – some styles which are exclusive “destination only” Cowbell brews. The family-friendly and accessible facility will feature it’s own line of craft sodas and nitrogenated coffee. Guests will be able to browse the General Store and take home a wide range of Cowbell beers and merchandise.
Residents of Blyth have been invited to visit the brewery this weekend (August 5th and 6th) for an exclusive preview, followed by the public opening next Monday August 7th at 11:00 AM.
