PETERBOROUGH, ON – The Publican House Brewery has announced that its long-planned restaurant and taphouse is now open in downtown Peterborough.
Originally announced in early 2015, the eatery and bar is located adjacent to the brewery in the 170-year-old Peterborough Arms building at 300 Charlotte Street.
All of the Publican House core and seasonal brands are available in the taproom, along with guest taps from other Ontario breweries including Smithavens, Silversmith, and Bobcaygeon. The food menu overseen by chef Brad Watt includes wood-fired pizzas, sandwiches, fish & chips, and other pub favourites, as well as an oyster bar and daily specials.
The Publican House Restaurant & Taphouse is open at 11:00 AM daily, closing at 11:00 PM on Sunday to Thursday, and 12:00 midnight Friday and Saturday. For more details, see the website.
