TIMMINS, ON – Timmins Today reports that the city’s one and only craft brewery recently marked a milestone brew day, and has also started selling its beer in a new format.
Last Tuesday, Full Beard Brewing made its 100th batch of beer since opening in January, translating to approximately 120,000 litres, with all of it sold via bars and restaurants that have Full Beard on tap in Timmins and several other northern communities, as well as via the brewery’s retail store.
For the latter, sales were limited to growlers until recently, but three Full Beard brands – Five O’Clock Shadow Pale Ale, Aussie, Aussie, Aussie, Eh, Eh, Eh Australian Ale, and Bearded Prospector Cream Ale – are now available in 473 ml cans.
