OTTAWA, ON – Waller St. Brewing has announced the release of a new beer, as well as the tapping of a special cask of an older brew.
Speak Softly Strong American Pale Ale (7% abv, 40 IBU) is a brand new beer that is briefly described as follows:
Big fruity nose and tropical fruit flavours from the Citra and Mosaic dry hop. This pale ale boasts a smooth, slightly malty finish and light bitterness.
Speak Softly will be released tomorrow (Thursday October 5th) at the Waller St. taproom, where they will also be pouring a cask of Wild Zymology: Imperial Funk that has been aged for three months on tequila soaked oak chips.
