WINDSOR, ON – A brewery more than three years in the making has announced that it will be opening next week in Windsor’s Sandwich Town neighbourhood.
Sandwich Brewing has been founded by Nicole and Jason Sekela in a 120-year-old building next door to Rock Bottom Bar & Grill, a restaurant and bar the siblings have owned for nearly two decades.
After an extensive restoration and renovation done primarily by Jason and head brewer Scott Black, Sandwich Brewing will be opening its taproom and growler shop next Thursday November 16th at 11:00 AM.
According to Ontario Beverage Network, a core line-up of beers including IPA (7.5%), Porter (5.5%), Dark Mild (4.9%), and Pale Ale (3.6%) will be available by the glass and in growlers, while several limited small batch beers will be available exclusively on tap.
