TORONTO, ON – Burdock has announced details of the next beer to be released from its ongoing barrel program.
ERO II – a follow-up to the original ERO which was released just over a year ago – is a barrel-aged saison blend described as follows:
ERO II is a blend of 1 & 1.5 year old wine barrel aged saisons fruited with generous amounts of Montmorency sour cherries and Ontario sea buckthorn berries. It is fruitier and funkier than it’s predecessor and drinks like a Spanish amphora aged sour cherry pet-nat. It has been bottle conditioning since May 2017 (components of this beer are already 2+ years old!!!).
ERO II will be released next Friday November 24th at 11:00 AM in the Burdock retail store. It’s limited to approximately 2500 x 375 ml bottles, and will be selling for $12 per bottle, with a purchase limit of 12 per customer while supplies last.
