GRAVENHURST, ON – Sawdust City Brewing has announced the release of two new limited edition beers.
Strawberry Milkshake IPA is the latest in the Fever Dream series of beers that are created by the “dream team” of head brewer Caleb and packaging manager James. It features “soft, tropical hops and oats to build a smooth IPA that it slightly soured with lacto before adding in some sweet strawberry puree to balance the brew.”
Adaptation: Idaho 7 is also part of a series, which features versions of Gateway Kölsch that are dry-hopped with single hop varieties to highlight their distinct flavours and aromas. As the name suggests, this edition has been dry-hopped with Idaho 7 hops.
Both beers are available now on tap and in cans at the Sawdust City saloon and retail store.
