GRAVENHURST, ON & TORONTO, ON – Sawdust City Brewing and Eastbound Brewing have announced the launch of a new series of collaborative beers that is named after their respective head brewers, Sam Corbeil and Dave Lee.
The Sam & Dave Series – a name that also evokes a legendary music duo – will be kicking off with the fittingly named Hold On I’m Comin’ Home for the Holidays, which is described as a “Belgian dubbel full of Christmas spices”.
The beer and the series will be officially launched with a dinner at Eastbound on Thursday November 30th, featuring five food courses prepared by chef Tara Lee paired with two Sawdust City beers, two Eastbound beers, and the new collaborative beer.
