VANKLEEK HILL, ON – Beau’s All Natural Brewing has announced details of the next in its ongoing series of seasonal gruits, an ancient style of herbal beer that the brewery has been instrumental in reviving in recent years.
Lamb’s Wool (6.5% abv) is an apple and spice gruit made with pure juice from Québec orchard apples, real cinnamon, and whole cloves. It’s described as follows:
Lamb’s Wool pours copper with white foam. The aroma introduces a classic combo of apples and spice. The flavour is pleasantly tart and slightly warming, with fruit and pepper notes. The finish is clean and tangy.
Lamb’s Wool will be available starting tomorrow (November 30th) in 600 ml bottles at the Beau’s retail store and BYBO delivery service, LCBO locations in Ontario, and select beer retailers in Quebec. Distribution to British Columbia and Alberta will follow in early 2018.
