GRAVENHURST, ON & TORONTO, ON – Following its launch at a collaborative beer dinner held last night in Toronto, the first beer in a new series from Sawdust City Brewing and Eastbound Brewing is now available to the general public.
The Sam & Dave Series – named after head brewers Sam Corbeil and Dave Lee – has kicked off with Hold On, I’m Comin’ Home For The Holidays (9% abv), a “Begian Christmas Ale” flavoured with orange zest, juniper and five spice. It’s described by Lee as tasting “like a spiced Christmas cake made by that uncle who drinks just a little too much at Christmas dinner, but always ends up being the life of the party.”
Hold On, I’m Comin’ Home For The Holidays is available now in 355 ml cans and 1 litre crowlers at Eastbound, and on tap at both breweries, while supplies last.
