MONCTON, NB – Pump House Brewery has announced the release of a new 3-pack featuring a trio of winter-friendly beers.
The Pump House Winter Threesome features 473 ml cans of Winter Warmer (8.1% abv, 12 IBU), Scotch Ale (5.5% abv, 13 IBU), and Doppelbock (8.4% abv, 12 IBU), which have the following descriptions:
WINTER WARMER: A traditional malty-sweet, English style-ale brewed in winter months with warming spices like cloves, nutmeg, & cinnamon. Deep, dark amber colour with a rich malt presence & lingering spicy notes. A true comfort beer.
SCOTCH ALE: Deep, brown-amber coloured ale with a rich, smoky aroma. Flavours of caramel, chocolate, & peated malts. With its silky, smooth, lightly smoky, roasty-y characteristic, it is a fantastic example of the style.
DOPPELBOCK: A Bavarian speciality first brewed in Munich by the monks of St. Francis of Paula. Noticeably high in alcohol, yet very smooth & warming. A perfect dark, malty delight for the coldest part of the year.
The Winter Threesome pack is available now at liquor stores in New Brunswick and Nova Scotia while supplies last.
