VANCOUVER, BC – Powell Brewery is hitting its 5th anniversary next Friday December 15th, and will be marking the milestone with a week of new releases and specials.
From Monday December 11th to Friday December 15th, there will be a new beer release each day at the brewery:
Monday December 11th – Ode to Citra Pale Ale (5.5% abv) – in 473 ml cans for the first time
Tuesday December 12th – More Animal Than Man Wheat Wine (8.5% abv) – growler fills or by the glass
Wednesday December 13th – Murder Bourbon Barrel Aged Porter (11.2% abv) – very limited run (28 cases) of 500 ml bottles
Thursday December 14th – Dive Bomb Dark Ale (5% abv) – on nitro in the tasting room
Friday December 15th – 5th Anniversary Ale: Hazy IPA Aged in Pinot Noir Barrels with Brettanomyces – 500 ml bottles and limited quantities available for 5 oz tasters
The brewery will also be offering customer appreciation pricing for growlers and glasses in the tasting room:
