HALIFAX, NS – 2 Crows Brewing has announced the release of its final new canned beer for 2017.
Never Again (5.5% abv, 23 IBU) is a specially aged brett pale ale described as follows:
Brewed with barley, spelt, oats, and wheat, and hopped in the boil with Belma and Simcoe. It was fermented initially in stainless steel with a blend of 6 different Brettanomyces strains, then transferred to foedre where it was aged on 400lbs of peaches for several months. Finally, it was dry hopped with Citra, Hallertau Blanc, and Huell Melon before packaging. The resulting beer is delicate, peachy, funky, with light oaky tannins.
