NORTH BAY, ON – New Ontario Brewing has announced the release of a new limited edition beer in support of a local Christmas charity, as well as a seasonal sampler pack.
Santa’s B Team Milk Stout (4.5% abv, 30 IBU) was brewed by New Ontario’s Dan Delorme (left in photo) and Mike Harrison (right) along with Jake Lacourse (centre left) and Brad Gavan (centre right), winners of a “Brewmaster for a Day” prize in a charity auction. It’s described as follows:
Lightly carbonated with a lingering sweetness this Milk Stout is approachable both to fans of the style and those looking to try something new. A healthy oat backbone lends a silky mouthfeel to a well rounded malt bill. The perfect desert beer.
Santa’s B Team is available starting today (December 21st) at New Ontario, with partial proceeds to be donated to the North Bay Santa Fund, an organization that helps those in need over the holiday season.
Also available now in the brewery shop is the Snowed In Winter Sampler Pack, a seasonal four-pack containing 750 ml bottles of Trapliner Belgian Tripel (9.5% abv), Life is Green Kiwi Sour (4% abv), Weird Things Happen on the Wasi 3x IPA (10.8% abv), and Vanilla Stars & Blueberry Hearts Porter (5.5% abv), as well as a pair of New Ontario branded glasses.
