CALGARY, AB – Village Brewery has announced details of a new limited edition beer being released to mark the brewery’s 5th anniversary.
Village V (10% abv) is described as follows:
It’s a fermented golden Belgian Tripel further imbued with fruity Belgian yeast, candy sugar, and hops with notes of dry white wine. We then let it rest for months in a French oak bourbon barrel, which is like a resort for discerning Belgian Tripels.
Village V is being released next week in a limited run of 200 x 375 ml bottles which can be reserved online while quantities last.
