TORONTO, ON – Brunsick Bierworks, a brewing facility in East Toronto dedicated to creating beers with brewery partners from Canada and around the world, has announced that regular business hours for its taproom and retail store will be starting later this month.
The opening was originally expected to take place several weeks ago, but following a soft launch event in early December, access was limited to private bookings while final approvals were obtained.
Now that all permits are in place, Brunswick will be opening with a launch party on Wednesday January 31st starting at 6:00 PM, where 20 beers will be on tap including collaboration and seasonal brews from partner breweries including La Trappe, Mikkeller, and Omnipollo. Special guests will also be on hand, including Frank Peifer from Hopsteiner and Lodewijk Swinkels from Le Trappe, and food will be available.
