VANKLEEK HILL, ON – Beau’s All Natural Brewing is kicking off the 2018 edition of FeBREWary – a month of weekly beer launches and related events – with the release of a new beer created in collaboration with Brazil’s Weird Barrel Brewing.
Ninho do Corvo (5.6% abv) – Portuguese for “Crow’s Nest” – is a robust porter brewed with toasted coconut and cacao nibs, and described as follows:
Ninho do Corvo pours nearly opaque black with subtle garnet undertones and a tan foam. The aroma consists of pronounced toasted coconut with secondary impressions of cocoa and dark malt. The flavour is a rich tapestry of decadent coconut interwoven with cocoa and dark chocolate. The finish is dry with lingering dark roast coffee notes.
Ninho do Corvo will be available on tap at over 350 bars and pubs across Ontario and Quebec, and in 600 ml bottles at the Beau’s retail store starting February 1st.
For more details on this and other beer releases planned for the month, see the FeBREWary page on the Beau’s website.
