INGLESIDE, ON – Ontario Beverage Network reports that a new brewery will be opening this weekend in Ingleside, a small community in South Stormont township near Cornwall in Eastern Ontario.
Humble Beginnings Brewing has been founded by Susan Wallwork and Pierre Doucette, and will be launching with two core brands – Out and About Ontario Pale Ale and Mad Canadian Kölsch – as well as the seasonal Day Hiker Vermont-Style IPA, all available by the glass and in growlers.
Two additional core brands – Frick and Frack Ontario IPA and Fourth and Oak Oatmeal Stout – will follow soon, as will Welcome Great Pumpkin Milkshake Spiced Ale and Mid-Atlantic English-American IPA on the rotational taps.
Humble Beginnings is located at 25 Thorold Lane in Ingleside. Operating hours this weekend will be 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Friday February 16th and Saturday February 17th, with regular business hours to be announced soon. For more details, see the brewery’s website and Facebook page.
