NIAGARA-ON-THE-LAKE, ON – The Exchange Brewery has announced that one of its speciality brands is set to be released at the LCBO in a format that is new for the brewery.
Oud Bruin (7.4% abv, 27 IBU) is described as a “non-traditional version of this Flemish Ale [that] is decidedly tart from a short lactic fermentation and then aged in oak with a mixed cocktail of wild yeast and bacteria to round out its flavour.”
The bottle-conditioned Oud Bruin will be launching at select LCBO stores next week in 330 ml bottles as part of a spring seasonal promotion, and will be available throughout Ontario while supplies last.
