ABBOTSFORD, BC – Field House Brewing has announced the release of the third in a series of five country-themed collaborative IPAs that offer “an exploration in ingredients from around the world.”
Mexican IPA (7% abv, 50 IBU) was created together with Yellow Dog Brewing, and was brewed with Equinot, Citra, and Medusa hops, as well masa harina, limes and cilantro. The resulting beer is described as having flavours of guava, papaya, and citrus.
Mexican IPA is available now on tap and in 650 ml bottles at the Field House tasting room. Further instalments in the series will follow weekly.
