TORONTO, ON – A new brewpub in Toronto’s Trinity-Bellwoods neighbourhood has quietly opened its doors.
The Six Brewing Co. has been founded by Jeff Falco and brewmaster Austin Roach, a Niagara College graduate who has worked at several local breweries including Left Field, Granite, and Mill St.
The restaurant, bar, and brewery has been in the works since last summer, and opened yesterday (February 26th) at 5:00 PM, just a few minutes after announcing it on Instagram. Beers currently available on tap and in the bottle shop include Helles Lager, Lagered Ale, Beligan Wit, Pale Ale, and IPA.
The Six is located at 777 Dundas St. W. just west of Bathurst. Full business hours and details of an official grand opening event will be confirmed soon via the brewery’s Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram accounts.
