TORONTO, ON – Beer import agency Keep6 has announced that several beers from Portland, Oregon sour specialists Cascade Brewing will coming into Ontario next month for a limited retail release, and the brewery’s Head Sour Blender Kevin Martin and VP of Sales & Marketing Tim Larrance will be visiting Toronto for a series of events to mark the occasion.
On Friday March 9th, the pair will be hosting a Cascade bar crawl, featuring stops at King Taps (5:00 to 6:30 PM), Bar Hop Brewco (7:00 to 8:30 PM), and WVRST (9:00 to 10:30 PM), with each venue offering three different Cascade vintages.
On Saturday March 10th, a limited number of bottles of Manhattan NW 2015, Apricot 2016, and Sang Du Chene 2015 will go on sale at Summerhill LCBO at 12:30 PM, and reps from Cascade and Keep6 will be on hand to pour samples until 2:30 PM.
That evening starting at 8:00 PM, Birreria Volo will be pouring 15 different Cascade beers by the glass, including a several rare vintages.

UPDATE: Following the original announcement, Keep6 has confirmed that in addition to being available at Summerhill LCBO, limited amounts of the three Cascade beers noted above will also be released at approximately 30 other LCBO stores the week of March 12th, including locations in Toronto, Barrie, Ottawa, Collingwood, Windsor, Waterloo, Hamilton, Guelph, Markham, Stratford, Newmarket, Kingston, and London.
